Hi all

How can we customize CDR in CUCM 10.5.2.10000-5 in french?

Customer would like to have report in french and it does not wish to have all the  columns by default

The locale README contains the information of what phones and what pages are affected by it, make sure the locale you installed does work on what you want/need.

CDR/CAR reports are canned reports which you cannot customize, they're provided as-is. If they don't meet your needs, you need to look into a 3rd party billing server.

As pointed by Jaime, you can't change the language in CDR report. This is
part of CUCM ins

Thanks for yours anwsers
But i just want to add that all ip phones are in french(CUCM is already
in french)
I used local installer for this.

That doesn't mean that every single page/interface/device in the server will be in french, that is why the README provides the info of what devices and what pages/interfaces are expected to show in that particular language, have you reviewed the README??
