Hello everyone,
I got a bit of an odd issue for you all, and I'm not sure if anyone has run into this, but I figured I would reach out and see if anyone has.
We are using a monitoring platform called Kesaya Traverse that builds out SSL tunnels to customers environments to connect to their devices via SSH, HTTPS, etc, so we can monitor and remote into these devices from the platform. How that service works to remote into web interfaces is through redirecting web traffic from the remote server to our main server that we connect on. We can connect to the UCM interface on other versions, but for some reason on 14SU2 and up this redirect doesn't work. When connecting, we hit the security.jsp page, and then it either sits there, does a timeout, or tells us that we failed to authenticate properly. If I VPN to the customer's environment, I can log in just fine.
Obviously 3rd party monitoring services are not a part of Cisco's services, but, I was wondering if anyone has ran into this kind of situation and what possible steps you've done to resolve it? I'm thinking 14SU2 and higher has implemented more security to cause the redirects to not function with this service and possibly others.
