I have been presented with an issue that if I call one of our main numbers (that is handled by a UCCX script) and do a call xfer to an extension (ie 5555), then the call is routed to the correct individual. However, if I call a different local main number (that is handled by a Call Handler in Unity) and then do a dial by extension (ie 5555) then the call goes to a different extension (ie 7777). I presume it is because where Unity is checking for its call xfer extensions but just need assistance on finding out where Unity is looking. As I checked in CUCM and 5555 is setup correctly.
