Unity 7.1.5 unable to delete the subscriber

Hi, when I trid to delete one subscriber on Unity 7.1.5 admin web, it didn't successful and got followng message:

The user A.B (A.B) has the folloing dependencies that are preventing deletion:

User -> CCCC -> Edit -> Caller Input -> 1 -> Action

User -> CCCC -> Edit -> Caller Input -> 4 -> Action

I checked the caller input menu for this user, it didn't define 1 and 4, just the default setting, * and # keys. Anyone knows what this message mean and how I can delete this subscriber? Thanks.

Hi Leo,

In this instance did you check CCCC? This is where the Caller Input

references have been set, not User A.B
