Unity 7 Call Handler Extension Dialing

Call Handler is set to allow callers to dial extensions during the greeting. However, unity sends directly to the persons greeting , rather than transferring to phone. Is this changeable? thanks

Yes, go to the subscriber(s) and under transfer settings configure "Yes, ring subscriber" or "yes, ring subscriber at this phone:"
