Unity 7 delivery receipt

A couple of users keep having their mailbox filled up with these receipt's.

Maybe I am looking in the wrong place but I keep comming back to the read receipt diasable page. These users do get a lot of Outlook receipt's but they don't match up to what's in their mailbox.

Do I have to disable this across the board for all users or is there a way the users themselvs can do it though the unity inbox?

Thanks .. I was looking to see if there was any other option.. guess my earlier findings were right.
