One of our departments for security purposes would like to store recorded voice messages on CD. How can extract messages from particular mail box in Unity and record in to CD in .wav format?
Apparently there is a easy way to access the voice messages via the Cisco Unity Connection Web Inbox, which is enabled by default in Unity 8.5. What credentials do I need to use to log in to this service. I've tried my Display Name from Unity and PIN but it doesn't work.
If you are LDAP integrate you use the LDAP credentials, if you are not LDAP integrated then you use the web credentials which can be changed per user, and which are drivern by the web authentication rule.
