Unity and Exchange Protocol

When I'm listening to the message from my phone, what is the protocol used

to retrieve that message so that I can listen to it from the phone?

Unity stores the messages as WAV files within the mail store. During playback through the TUI, Unity converts the message into either G.711 or G.729 for streaming to the phone.
