Unity Connections 11.5.1
Moving from o365 to Unity Connection for over a 1000 users. I want to replicate the missed call notification to email that is provided with the current O365 solution.
I see how to create a new template and set it up for a new user so it's received in their email, etc. When I switch them over I will be doing so using the bulk admin tool / user template. Is there a way the missed call notification can also be included in that template? Otherwise I had planned on using the bulk edit uploading the users to enable the missed call notification template for everyone but I am only able to update the template to use. When checking the enable box, it does not work. I am assuming this is happening because it is looking for the email address to send the notification which has to be inputted manually.
Any method of mass deploying the missed call notification template to send to each users corporate email address?
