Unity Connection 8.5 unrestricted to restricted migration

I need to move subscriber messages from Unity Connection 8.5 Unrestricted to Unity Connection 8.5 Restricted.  COBRAS can't export messages from an unrestricted server and the DRS backup from the unrestricted server wont restore to the restricted server.

Any other options for moving the messages over?  Dont have the disc or the time to rebuild the new server as unrestricted.

As far as I know, there's no way to migrate from unrestricted to restricted, a rebuild was the only option.
