Client is using Unity connection 8.6 and exchange 2010. They have unified messageing single inbox configured. One user is not getting their VM on in Outlook. No changes have been made, but they ad rebooted their exchange server over the weekend.
When doing the test from the user’s Unified Messaging page, we get the following error,
Failed accessing email@example.com on primary.cisco.pvt (attached is image of error message)
I have compared his configuration to a working one and everything looks good. I did notice the same issue on Netpro and it says to reset the Unity Service account on the Exchange box. Not sure if this would apply because only one user is not getting VM through email. Wondering if there are any services on Unity connection or Exchange thar I could reset.
