Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to ask a question: I am going to be integrating Unity Connection 8.6 with office 365 in a few days.
Now I know that office 365 is a cloud based service so I was wondering whether I need to enable TLS or upload certificates from the office 365 cloud based exchange servers to the unity connection. In normal on-premises unified messaging with Microsoft exchange, i did not need TLS. Is this the cae for office 365.
I have integrated exchange before, Is there anything that I should look out for in the office 365 deployment?
Thanks
Maxwell

Hi Maxwell,
You need to check if CUC version is supported for integration with Office 365:
"If Microsoft Office 365 Wave 15 Edition is used, install Cisco Unity Connection 8.6(2) ES 71 and later.
In Cisco Unity Connection 8.6(2) and later, you can configure Connection to synchronize voice messages in Connection user's mailbox with the user's Exchange Online mailbox configured on Microsoft Office 365 environment. "

So are there any certificate requirements?
Thanks
