Unity Connection - After personal Greeting

Hi,

we have CUCMBE with UnityConnection 2.1.

We have a personal greeting on the voicemail, but after the personal greeting every time come a system greeting which says something like "You can record a message or wait for further options". We want to have only our personal recording on the voicemail. What can I do to solve this problem. Many thanks.

Hi Hans-Christian,

This "After Greeting" prompt cannot be removed in Unity Connection 2.x Versions. This can be removed in the soon to be released Unity Connection 7.x which is currently in EFT (Early Field Trial) testing. Here is a reference from Cisco Unity Design Engineer Jeff Lindborg;
