I have cucm/cuc integrated by SIP trunking, version 10.5
here I am trying to setup a call handler, and what I configured:
- inbound CSS of SIP trunking include PT-1, PT-2
- CSS in RP 2014 include PT-1, PT-2, 2014 itself is in PT-2 (Majority extension can dial PT-2.)
- an extension 2600 in PT-1
- a call handler setup in CUC with extension 2014 (Caller Input 1- transfer to 2600)
- 100% sure Restrict table in CUC is fine.
when call 2014, hear greeting as expected, press 1-> wait while transfer you call-> "sorry this number does not answer", if I setup pressing 1 with an extension with PT-2, call can be successfully transferred.
I am pretty it is call routing issue, searched a lots of blogs, but still no luck.
Any assistance on how to best troubleshoot this that would be great.
Thank you in advance.

Nothing different from any other SIP trunk you might have to any other system when it comes to troubleshooting.
Basics of call routing, CSS, partitions, digit manipulation, etc.
If everything checks out, then review traces.

Check that Rerouting CSS on the CUCM SIP trunk to CUC is configured and has access to the partition.
