unity connection can't record message

i'm install Unity connection

the UC and CM communication is OK ,the port test is OK

when i creat a user in UC with username "XXX"

and config the CM is OK

now i dial the XXX'extension  and the XXX no answer

i will hear "sorry , XXX can not answer you phone ..........." like this ,

i take a message

but i can't hear the message in XXX'voicemail,when i login the XXX'voicemial ,mailbox tell me i have no new message.....

why this??
