Unity Connection, how can we download a recorded greating

Hi,

One of our users(who is migrating into another voicemail system) like to retain an existing greeting they had on a group number's voicemail in the UC, as it is too good :-) or they are too lazy to do another recording......anyway, is there a way we can export this greeting an .wav file or media file and give it to them?

Hi,

I think you can save that file from that particular greeting option as shown below ("save recording as")
