Dear Team ,

How to upload .wav file in unity connection for IVR.

Hi,

When you setup a system call handler, you can browse , edit----> greetings 

Click on Standard greeting 

Select us personal recording

Scroll down till Recording section

Click play/record button 

A java applet will appear.

Click on top left corner of that applet .

Select open file

Select your desired wav file and save

That's all

alternatively, 

I you want customised prompt, you can used the greeting administrator. This will allow people to change prompts in call handlers.

if you have a lot of call handlers, you might want to consider this as you can give users access to it. rather than uploading wav files as an admin.

Dennis - I knew there had to be a way for users to dial in and update greetings so I'm glad to find your post, and I'll get the .pdf.

Can you please elaborate on how to call into unity and update a prompt over the telephone? We have upgraded Internet Explorer to rls 11 and now the old standard java applet based controls don't work anymore.

Also, I'm guessing that for a new greeting you'd just create and save the call handler and then call in to it to record??? Have I got that right and how do I do that?
