I have been trying to figure out how to get my java settings to forget the extension that I used the last time to record call handler greetings. For example, when you choose a call handler and use the unity web page to record the greeting by phone, you would select the record button and it would/should have a dialogue box that pops up and asks for the extension you want to send that call to. I recorded a bunch of greetings and then moved on to the next customer but now when I try to record greetings in the same way, it doesn't ask me about the extension to send that call to, it just sends the call to the DN I used the very first time.
My question. How can I get it to ask me for the extension every time?
