I am getting reports that some users cannot dial Unity Connection Live Record. It disconnects them. I have not narrowed it down to specific phone models, firmware, extensions with mailboxes, etc… but will continue to gather information.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any issues with Live Record accepting calls, perhaps a maximum number of sessions or caveats in this version of UCM/CUC?

At what point does Live record fail? Is it when the users attempt to conference in Live record or when they dial it..

It fails even calling Live Record Direct, conferencing not the issue.
As a follow up, this is happening only on mailboxes where users are calling from an extension that is listed as an alternate extensions.
