Unity Connection not Falling back to Secondary Server

Hi

I have an IP Telephony setup with CUCM 6.X and Unity Connection 7.X.

We have Unity Primary and Secondary nodes for HA.

But Unity is not fall back to the  secondary when primary fails. I can see that Voice mail ports are not registered when Primary falls back.

Where I can check for trouble shoot the issue.

Hi Nithin,

Can you check these settings in CUC for the "Secondary" server config. This would add the Sub

to the list of available CUCM servers

Step 32 On the Edit Servers page, do the following substeps if the Cisco Unified CM cluster has secondary servers. Otherwise, skip to Step 33.

a. Under Cisco Unified Communications Manager Servers, click Add.

b. Enter the following settings for the secondary Cisco Unified CM server and click Save.
