I have just did fresh installation of Call Manager Business Edition 6.1 on MCS-7828I3 Server.
I can work perfectly on Call Manager, but Unity Connection seems not working properly.
like, im not able to see add button into users options to add users, also im not able to see add servers options into Port Group to import users from Call Manager, im not able to add new phone system.
Unity Connection version is : 2.1.3ES23.1000-23
I checked the services, all are running ...

can any body tell me why im facing this issue ???
I got the solution, in CUCM B.E we cant add the voicemail users manually. We need to import users from CUCM End Users.
Thats why i was not able to see the add user button in Unity Connection.
