Unity connection Password expired error

Hi All,

We have Unity Connection version 8.6.2 to maintain the voicemail profile of our clients.

One of our clients reported that he is getting "Your pin has expired. Reset your pin" error whenever he tries to access his voicemail.

We tried resetting his pin, deleted his voicemail profile and re-built it but none of these worked.

We have different templates for different types of users and we changed the templates also but no luck.

Imported user via LDAP and tried not using with LDAP also. But it throws the same error message.

Any help on this please ?

Are you sure you're sending the right information to CUC??

Have you looked at the call viewer to see exactly what CUC is getting??
