I am currently deploying Unity Connection ver 1.2. I have to set up imap for a few 100 user's...from reading the doc's it lools like I program the imap settings under the users and then have each user set up an imap account in their outlook. Are there any steps that I have failed to mention or am missing? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
First of all you need to have license for IMAP users. The enable IMPA in the COS the user will belong to, and create the connction on outlook, that's it.
