In our Setup - We have a main line number and if someone call to that number it will ring for some time and then it is forwarded to Voice mail(CFW_NO_AN) then it will play a recorded message and allows caller to drop a voice message after the greeting, Previously it's playing our recorded greeting in standard greeting but now it's playing "cisco unity connection messaging system ............." greeting
How to fix the issue.
this setup is deployed with CUCM 11.5 and CUC 11.5
In Standard greeting
Greeting enabled with no end date.
Callers hear
My personal recording is selected
After greeting
Call action is take message.
We can hear that recording in this recording console.

If call land on Reception phone then it forward to hunt group which gets forwarded to Reception mail box in CUC, you need to disabled Use Last (Rather than First) Redirecting Number for Routing Incoming Call. IF disabled CUC will use Reception DN as first redirecting number and you will get he reception mailbox greeting. if enabled CUC will use HUNT pilot number and there won't be any mailbox configured and you will hear default greeting.
if call land on CTI>Reception>Hunt Group>Voicemail, enabling Use Last (Rather than First) Redirecting Number for Routing Incoming Call option will use CTI number as the redirecting number. and if you disable Use Last (Rather than First) Redirecting Number for Routing Incoming Call CUC will use HUNT pilot number as the redirecting. call doest goes to Reception mailbox.
in that Cse you may need to try the below.
case 1 Use Last (Rather than First) Redirecting Number for Routing Incoming Call "DISABLED"
case 2 Use Last (Rather than First) Redirecting Number for Routing Incoming Call "ENABLED"
"cisco unity connection messaging system ............." this is default greeting message which unity play when it fail to find a match.
you have mentioned that it was working previously, so what changes was made on configuration side?

so u mean the call land on CTI route point first then forward to Reception, and then to Hunt pilot and if not answered it goes to CUC ?
