Is it possible to have some users have imap integration (they have google mail for some and exchange for others based upon role) and some users exchange integrated in the same cluster?
For Single Inbox UM create the UM integration to Exchange/Office365 and associate the UM service to the user, for IMAP enable it in class of service and assign the COS to the user.
