Unity Connection User Issue

Wanted to see if anyone else has run into a situation like this. We have one user that is having a issue with his Connection mailbox. When receiving a new message the user calls into his mailbox puts in his credentials and when he plays his new messages and then hangs up, he will receive another new message that is a recording of him listening to his messages.  I have worked with TAC on this issue but they have not yet been able to determine the cause of the issue. My next step is to out his mailbox and create the user as a standard user and see if that helps.  As of today we pull the user from AD to create his account.

We deleted the account that was imported and rebuilt the user without doing a import and it is working correctly now. We will at some point move it back and see if the problem appears again.
