I have Cisco Unity Connection version: 220.127.116.1100-206. My customer asked for user who can access the system just for viewing the user with mailboxes.
Can I create a customized ROLE and assign it under the user.

Unfortunately the pre-configured roles are hard coded and privileges cannot, new ones cannot be created either. You would have to pick from one of the predefined roles, each one of them has some modify/create privilege.

But in this case if you create any new user, the user can change the password of the admin user, also he can change the password of mailboxes etc....
Is there any way that the Call manager can control the access to unity connection?
