Unity connexion greeting language

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding a "problem" on a unity connexion. The mailbox language is set to "Italian", the caller language "Italian" but the greetings is always played in English ?

Do you have an idea?

Did you change the language settings on the individual users

via bulk edit or set the user template?
