Hi,
We've got a Unity express module version 8.5.1 running a AA script that was created trough the GUI.
the aa script plays a welcome message, and a small meny to redirect calls to hunt groups.
When we are out of business hours, the AA plays a closed message. We would like the AA to disconnect the call after playing the closed message but instead it just continues after playing it and goes to the menu.
How can this behaviour be adjusted?
Thanks,
Jeroen

Hi Bruno,
Thanks for your reply. The system we are running is unity express, not uniity connection.
I do not have a call handler greeting page (or at least I cannot find it).
Rgds,
Jeroen
