Is it possible to disable the post greeting prompt in CUE "Record your message after the tone.." with a specific voicemail not on a system level.
I understand that this is possible by enter the command "no voicemail conversation caller recording-prompt" from the CLI however this will affect all users with assigned VM.
What we wanted to achieve is only certain users will hear this default prompt and others not. Ex. We configured a script in CUE with customized wav file for greeting to replace the prompt "Sorry extension xxxx is unavailable" and "Record your message after the tone"
The goal is, only when someone called the hunt pilot, they will not hear the CUE default greeting "Record your message after the tone" as we already uploaded a customized prompt" which we already achieved.
Caller > CUCM Hunt Pilot > (If no user available it will goes to voicemail) > CUE Call-in (Customized prompt will play) > Record your message after the tone (Disabled)
However if someone called the other users not included on the hunt pilot then that extension is not available, the call will go to voicemail and the prompt "Record your message after the tone" will not being heard since this is already disabled on system level which we still want to hear by the caller.
Is there a workaround on this?
