Dear forum.
I have a client who has outgrown their Unity Express NM module and they are looking to replace it with something more scalable. They are very seriously considering Microsoft Unified Messaging as it is very compelling from a cost and user functionality perspective.
To try and compete on pricing, my question is there a migration strategy to migrate Unity Express users to Connection without having to purchase brand new Unity Connection licensing? If the customer was to go with Unity Connection they would want version 8 as they want to virtualise on a C-class server.
