unity express in SRST

Hello all,

I am having CUE Express AIM2-CUE, installed into 2811 router at one of branch.

Currently CUE is having CCM License file & it is integrated with CCM 7.x at HQ & working perfect.

If my branch router switch into SRST mode, my CUE stops working & it gives fast busy tone if i call from same branch internally or from PSTN. I have created following DP for CUE but still its giving fast busy tone.

My CUE config is following & my branch is having MGCP gateway i am having CUE 7.X.

Hi Ahmed,

Since you are using CUCM license you also need to use SIP Subsystem and SIP trigger to make it work in SRST.
