I am having a problem with iDivert on a new UCM 4.3(1) install. When user A calls user B, and B hits iDivert, you see a "Temp Fail" message on the phone. All users can hit the "Messages" button and call voice mail fine. Can also call the VM pilot just fine. Any ideas?

It appears the problem only occurs when the first voice mail port is busy. If it is available, all is well. If not, it does not work. We tried disabling traps on the ports in Unity, as someone suggested, but that did not help.

Hi James,
Have you checked if your VM Ports are hunting properly?
Immediate Divert cannot divert a call to a busy voice-messaging port; however, voice-messaging ports can be members of a route/hunt list, thus reducing the busy port scenario.

Turns out the VM pilot was corrupted in CM. Deleted it and the hunt list, recreated all and it was fine. Weird.
