Hi,
I've set up a new mailbox on a hunt group number with the two exts in the group added as MWI.
I've done this plenty of times before with no problem.
However the MWI is still lit on the phones when messages have been deleted.
I've run the Unity Data Dump software to see if these exts were MWI for any other mailboxes and they were not.
Can anyone offer some advice?
Unity 7.1.5 by the way.
