Unity Release 7.0(2)ES41 and Exchange 2010 SP2

Does Unity Release 7.0(2)ES41 work with Exchange 2010 SP2?  If so, does anybody have a link to a Cisco document (like a software compatibility matrix for Unity) that states Unity Release 7.0(2)ES41 is compatible with Exchange 2010 SP2?  I cannot find anything on Cisco's website.

Thanks,

Steven

Exchange 2010 Service Pack 2

Exchange 2007 Service Pack 3

For support information, refer to the "Support Policy for Microsoft Service Packs and Updates" section of Supported Hardware and Software, and Support Policies for Cisco Unity Release 7.x at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/7x/support/7xcusupp.html.

Exchange-Related Considerations—Message Store

If  subscriber mailboxes will be homed in Exchange 2010 or if you will use  an Exchange 2010 server as the partner Exchange server, you must install  Cisco Unity Engineering Special (ES) 35 or later. For information on  downloading the ES and procedures for configuring Cisco Unity to use  Exchange 2010, see Using Microsoft Exchange 2010 with Cisco Unity 7.0 at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/7x/using_exch2010/usingex2010withcu7x5x.html.

Hi Rob.  From your link I see:

Recommended Service Packs—Message Store

Revised february 07, 2012

Exchange 2010 Service Pack 1

Exchange 2010 Service Pack 2

Exchange 2007 Service Pack 3

Do you know if this has been revised since.  I trying to determine if Exchange 2010 SP3 RU2 will be compatible with Unity version 7.0.[2] ES44.  Also, whether it will be able to synch with Unity 8.6.2.

In a few links I found the statement below (e.g. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/8x/support/8xcusupp.html ) but I can'd find mention of SP3.

"Microsoft also occasionally releases service packs, which contain fixes  generated since the general product release, including most fixes that  were released as updates. Because the service pack scope is broad, each  service pack must be thoroughly tested to ensure that changes do not  adversely affect Cisco Unity. Cisco TAC does not support new service  packs until they have been qualified for use with Cisco Unity.

Do not install a service pack that has not been qualified, or Cisco TAC  will not help you resolve problems until you uninstall it.

Within 60 days of an applicable Microsoft service pack release, Cisco  will announce whether the service pack can be applied to released  Cisco Unity versions. If so, the new service pack becomes the  recommended service pack for Cisco Unity. "

Thanks,

Mike
