Hi,

I have installed unity 5.0 with lotus domino. When I used the bulk import tool (from domino) to add one user it gave me error code: Sync failed: USbms_CALU2. Error: 0x80044605.

Even with this error code it added the user and now when I go onto SAweb it freezes. Any Ideas? Thanks.

To successfully import users from Domino to Unity you need the following rights in Domino:

For the domain directory database, you need Editor with Delete document rights for the name.nsf file. To check these rights, go to the Domino server, open the Administrator program for Domino with an Id that has manager access and click on Files. Select name.nsf, right-click on it, and select Manage ACL.

For the Administration Process, you need Editor Rights on Admin4.nsf. To check these rights, from the Domino server open the Administrator program for Domino with an Id that has manager access and click on Files. Select Admin4.nsf, right-click on it, and select Manage ACL.

Thanks for the info. Once I turned off pop up blockers it started working. I am now able to import users from domino but when I leave the subscriber a message, it is getting stored on the unity and not domino. Does the system folder on domino have to be named mail.box? Thanks
