We have cnfigured basic auto attendant with Unity Connexion through Call Handler.
We have a step which transfer a call receive by call handler to Call Manager pilot Point.
Before transfer is made, System prompt a message like "be patient we are going to transfer your call".
My question is does it possible to bypass ou delete this announce. Customer don't want it.
Or globaly does anyway to manage system message in unity connexion
Under Call Handler page, on your left side menu, click on "Call Transfer". Under "While transferring, notify caller?" check the "Do not play the "Wait while I transfer your call" prompt" check box.
