Adnan,

Have you tried to modify Aging policy?  (Message Store -> Message Aging)

There's default policy which is called "Do Not Age Messages"

I try did not work .I explain my question, user only allow to hear massage but he cannot allow to delete the massage.

I thought that you were taling about "aging policy". From what I've understood you want to prevent users from deleting voice messages. I've checked several documents and it doesn't seem to be possible

The only thing you can do is to choose between "Soft" and "Hard" delete.

In case of "Soft" delete the messages are sent to "Deleted" folder

That's the only option I'm aware of
