We are running Cisco Unity version 7.0(2)_ES20 with unified messaging. End users are complaining that when they are playing back their voice-messages in Outlook through windows media player, the volume is very low. The volume setting in the media player and the PC is set to the maximum setting. Are there any settings for adjusting the volume any louder?

Is the volume also low when accessed via the phone? What codec is being used?

The volume is fine when being played back via the phone.

How is the volume if you set the MediaMaster bar to play back the audio to the phone instead of through the PC speakers?
