Hello Everyone,
i want my customer start using the option of configure phone from Template in cucm.
i config for him :
* Universal Device Templates
* Universal Line Templates
* Universal Phone Button Template
after i finish all the configuration i try to config new phone with the option of " Add New From Template ", i associate all the Templates that i build and chose Device Type of Cisco 8811 and its work prefect.
but when i chose Device type of Phone or Android its Create indivdual phone button template for every device that i configure.
there is any way to stop this? i do want indivdual phone button template for every new phone.
