Unknown number is showing on IP phones with CME and CUE AA

Hi Friends,

We have 6 FXO lines on the 2921 ISR router. All 6 FXO line is pointed  to one DID(3598).

I have configured the all 6 FXO port configured as connection plar opx(3598).

The 3589 has created the Auto attend on the CUE and option 1 is configured by dial by extension.

Once the calling party dialed the extension and it's ringing on other end, here it's showing on "Unknown number".

voice-port 0/1/2
 supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
 supervisory custom-cptone UAE-CUSTOM-ERICSSON
 input gain 5
 output attenuation -3
 compand-type a-law
 cptone AE
 timeouts call-disconnect 5
 timeouts wait-release 5
 connection plar opx 3598
 caller-id enable
 caller-id alerting ring 2

For the non-working ports, have you tested with a caller id enabled analog phone ? Try adding "caller-id alerting dsp-pre-alloc" command under the non-working ports. Remember to do a "shut/no shut" after the change.

If it does not work, collect a PCM and sent it across -

voice pcm capture buffer 200000
voice pcm capture destination tftp://x.x.x.x/
!
test voice port x/x/x pcm-dump caplog fff duration 20

Are your FXO lines subscribed or supposed to receive a CLID in the first place ? If you attach a caller id enabled analog phone directly to the FXO line, do you see the caller ID ? If yes, after how many rings ? Also, what is the location of this router/Telco ?

Yes, CLID is the first place. I see the Caller ID after the 4th ring . Location is UAE.
FYI, Call Flow ---Telco>>FXO>>CME>>CUE>>AA>>IP phone.

Please find the attached text file for debug.

Can you change the alerting ring to 4 under the port ? Do a shut/no shut under the port and then check ? If it still does not work, send me the following logs -

debug voip vtsp all
debug vpm signal
debug voice ccapi inout

CCAPI alone won't tell me anything since it is way past the VTSP/Port stack.

I have attached the all 3 logs.

I have noticed one thing, we have 12 FXO port(3x 4FXO card).

Please find the below my testing

0/1/1  working
0/1/3 working
0/1/2  woring
0/1/0 working
0/2/1 working

---------------------------
0/3/0 - unknow
0/2/0 -unknown
0/3/3 unknown

I see this in the logs -

[0/3/2] get_fxo_caller_id:Caller ID receive failed. parseCallerIDString:no data.

So on the working ports, did you change the alerting ring to 4 ? Did you plug an analog phone to the non-working ports and check if they are even receiving a CLID ?
Attach a "show run" here please.

I have applied the both working and non working port has assigned to alert ring to 4,2 and 1. But working port still working and non working port is unknown CLID.

FYI, all the port have same configuration.

what is the meaning of --- [0/3/2] get_fxo_caller_id:Caller ID receive failed. parseCallerIDString:no data.

attached the port configuration.

For the non-working ports, have you tested with a caller id enabled analog phone ? Try adding "caller-id alerting dsp-pre-alloc" command under the non-working ports. Remember to do a "shut/no shut" after the change.
