Unknown Number on incoming calls

Hi,

Guys.

Recently I have connected a GSM Gateway so that I can make mobile calls using it.

But, there is something strange that happens.

When people from the outside call to my mobile number (that I have configured connection plar to the receptionist) IT IS NOT shown the incoming call number.

I dont know why this happens.

All I see on the phone when I receive a call is "Unknown Number".

How I can show the dialer number?

Im using CME 8.6.

First of all, check if caller-id is received, connecting using a normal phone with display to the GSM GW.

Then configure contry and caller-id enable under voice-port.

Note, sometime in Brazil a different caller-id standard (BINA) is used and may not work at all with Cisco.
