Untiy connection DRF FAILURE

Hi there

CUC Version running :7.1.5

One of customers Cisco Unity Connection DRF fails intermittenly (approx every 3 days)please see the message below

Every time it failes only at backup component MESSAGES all the other component runns successfully.

Alert : CiscoDRFFailure Reason : DRF was unable to backup component MESSAGES.Error : Unknown MESSAGES Error AppID : Cisco DRF

any idea ???>

Hi,

Is it happening with Backup schduler ? or Manual backup?

Is it the same network location that you taking backup everytime? Try different location and make sure you it available throughtout the backup process.And see it helps.

I have checked all that , backup server is sitting next CUCM server so no issues there.
