Hi ,
How could we set a CUC distribution List extension, in order to set it as a DN "Forward if unregistred" destination ? If it is not possible , what the best way to create a shared 7X VoiceMailBox ?

Simply after creating the distribution list create a call handler and set the extent ion of the call handler to the desired number where calls will be forwarded to, record the greeting message for this call handler to heard by the caller when the call get forwarded then set the distribution list created above as the message recipient for this call handler - this is done on the "messages" page of the call handler itself
All members of the distribution list will get a copy of the message so their mwi light will go on as normal.

I didn't tested that yet, but just to understand more, How does the call manager know how to route calls to the callHandler extenson number ? what's the call flow ?

You can do rit different ways
Example
Let's say the call handler number is 5555
In call manager create a CTI route point with number 5555 and make sure the CTI route point port has the voice mail profile used by with unity connection assigned to it
In the forward all section check the check box under voice mail and give it CSS that has access to the voice mail ports in cm
In the phone or line where you want to send the call to this call handler put the number under forward to as 5555
