update and exit softkeys displayed on 7937 .

Hello everyones, 

I am facing a strange behaviour with Cisco 7937 conference station on cucm 10.5.2 and firmware apps37sccp.1-4-5-7, 

two softkeys:  1-update  and   2-exit  are displayed  on the Cisco 7937 conferences stations    as shown on the attached screenshot only on one of our remote sites.

Looks like an idle URL is set on the device.  Go to CUCM, find the device and remove the Idle URL from the config.

Hi there

Could you try resetting the device to factory defaults. If that doesn't help try upgrading the one individual phone firmware to the latest 

Step 1: Connect IP phone to PoE switch to Power it on.

Step 2: While booting press “application button” which is blue look like globe in-between arrow buttons.

Step 3: Then press **1 button to reset IP phone to factory default

Hi there

If the issue is not getting fixed by phone reset then I suspect could be a bug.

Please try an upgrade to the latest phone firmware. If the phone has ITL file clear that off and see that helps.

What happens when you press Exit? You will usually see things like Exit and Update when you are in the Settings menu (or possibly an IP Phone Service). Can you press Exit repeatedly and get back to the idle phone status?

Also, are you using the default softkey template or is the conference phone using a custom template?

When we press on exit softkey we directly get back to the idle phone status
