Update of UC540 not possible using CCA

Hi, we try to update a UC540 to version 8.6 using CCA 3.2.1

The Setup Device Access runs fine, one of the next steps always fails.

If we choose "Reformat UC500 Flash" and "Backup and Restore Configuration and Data" we got an error:

Install failed, Reason = System Configuration and Data Backup failed

If we uncheck "Reformat UC500 Flash" and "Backup and Restore Configuration and Data" the "Setup Device Access" and "IOS Image Install" works fine but at the next step "Phone Firmware Install" fails the error is:

Install failed, Reason = Phone Firmware Install failed.

The  PC now is directly connected to the UC, has just one IP-Address,  Firewall is deactivated, for testing we uninstalled the Antivirus. Also rebooted the PCs and the UC several times.

We already tested 3 PCs with different operating systems and configurations. Always the same error.

I dont understand why this fails.

Anyone an idea? Do we need a special Operating system or configuration?

Same error here:

"install failed, Reason = system configuration and data backup failed"

Wrong forum, post in  "small business voice - UC500".

However for sure results use CLI.
