I need to update the LDAP server on my cucm "10.5.2" i have some questions:

1- is there other places under cucm administration beside "system>LDAP>LDAP directory" and "system>LDAP>LDAP authentication" where i need to change the LDAP ip addresses?

2- would changing the LDAP cause a disruption in telephony services?

Hi,

Those are the only two places where you have to make changes, No call impact is that's what you means. But users would not be able to login to Self Care Portal, till the time service is restored.

Also, if you accidentally cause all of the users to go Inactive, do not access UCCX Admin web interface. Simply looking at the RmCm page will delete all of your Agents.

i dont have a uccx so i guess that wont affect me.
