I got a issue while upgrading, how i can fix it.

The installation of 10.2.60.133 took too long to complete. PAWS service on the node did not respond to PCD with the active version response. Please check the platform-api logs on the UC application node for further failure details.Also tried to get the active version using CLI from the UC application node. Which was also failed to give the response to PCD. Hence the task is failed from PCD

Try restarting "Platform Administrative Web Service" Service and check if that makes any difference/.

Dear All,
Even after restarting PAWS service in PCD i am unable to upgrade, it's getting failed.. how to resolve this.

From which version you're trying to upgrade?
If its from 8.x for example you'll also need to start the following service: "Platform SOAP Services" on CUCM

I am trying to upgrade from the Version 7.1(5) to 11.0.

I'm not sure if such a big step is possible. I'd upgrade to 8.6.2 and then to 11.X in your case
Once in 8.6.2 you need to install the following files:
And also start the following service:
Another idea is to make a fresh install of 11.x and try to migrate everything from 7 to 11 through PCD.

You want to read the PCD documentation, because that's IMPOSSIBLE to do with PCD.
PCD can UPGRADE only from 8.6 and above.
PCD, however, can MIGRATE from 6 and 7 releases
UPGRADE is NOT the same as MIGRATE, they're NOT equivalent terms
Which one are you really doing???

I am having Similar Issue when performing a Refresh Upgrade from UCCX 10.5 to 11.X. Did anyone test in lab and found a solution.?
