Upgradation from CUE to CUC

i had a scenario, where i have to upgrade my companies voicemail system from CUE to UC, i am facing some issue

so kindly if any one know exact steps how to make it done, than please share.

If you mean from a technical point of view, there's no upgrade path whatsoever.

Whole different systems and architectures, there's no way to get the config from one into the other.

You'll need to re-do your config.

Means i have to first take the backup of CUE and than restore that to UC, will this work

No, please read carefully my first post

There is NO way to get the configuration from CUE to CUC, you need to rebuild your whole config.
