Upgrade cucm 6.1.2 to 7.1(5)

Hi All,

Can I upgrade to cucm 7.1.5 from 6.1.2. Hws the upgrade path, it would be great if someone can guide me

Direct upgrade from 6.1.2 to 7.1.5 is not supported.

It should be a 2 steps process.

From 6.1.2 to 6.1.3, then from 6.1.3 to 7.1.5

Thank you for the reply. I will tryi in two when I get the licese file for the same.

Is it possible for me to use 6.1.2 attendant console software with 7.1(5) version.

Yes Mike.

We can use the same software with 7.1.5, I used the the one with 6.1.2. Also if it is an upgrade you will even get AC in plugin with 7.1.5.

Upgrade from 6.1.2 to 7.1.5 is not a direct upgrade. Check the doc for the more details.
